We are constructing Phoenix based on Jacque Fresco's circular city design. Short round structures serve as houses, tall round ones as apartments, and tall oval structures as workspaces. Residents will live near their jobs within the same circle section to minimize travel and avoid rush-hour traffic. The central dome monitors weather, food supply, and more. Location
We are seeking land in Maryland to develop Phoenix as the first circular city. Once purchased, construction will take just three months, utilizing machines and robots managed by engineers.
Our target is to cover 50 square miles and accommodate a population of 300,000. For context, Baltimore, Maryland's largest city, spans approximately 92.1 square miles and has a population of 565,239.

Phoenix is like any other city where anyone can come and go as they wish. And like any other municipality, everyone living in or passing through Phoenix must abide by local rules and regulations.
We are an isolated, set-apart, non-religious, faith-based ecclesia (community) governed by the people, without state benefits, police or politicians, similar to established isolated communities (Amish communities, Cheran, Mexico, etc.).
All property will be owned by the Community Unincorporated Business Organization (UBO), the same pure trust structure used by the Rockefeller family. The Community Trust is controlled by all community members but no community member owns the Community Trust or has a specific divisible financial interest in it. Although most property is owned communally, members have ownership of their personal effects.
Construction can be completed in 3 months due to robotic diggers and builders, etc. When completed, we'll nominate a team of Elders who will manage community issues. Power corrupts so no one can run for anything. It is by nomination only.

Our community focus is science and technology to advance humanity. We follow Indian and Emirati traditions, dating begins at age 25 and occurs in groups with parental approval. In this cultural context, men are strictly forbidden from initiating contact with women. Women share their romantic feelings with their parents, who then reach out to the potential partner's family on their behalf. This customary practice highlights the significant role that family involvement plays in relationships.

The colors chosen for our uniforms are light, muted, and pastel shades, which have been shown to have a positive effect on human nature and mental well-being. In contrast, deep and dark colors can evoke negative emotions and distractions. Uniform Philosophy

Our gender-neutral uniforms are designed with functionality in mind, prioritizing minimal visual distractions to foster a more focused environment. The two varieties are linen for warm weather and wool for cold weather. Linen and wool are high frequency fabrics that support spiritual wellness with positive effects on overall health and well-being.
I am not a clothing designer but I am a Trekkie (Star Trek Fan) so that's my inspiration for the clothing and footwear. Here's a visual idea of the winter shoes. By adopting these uniforms, we create a cohesive community focused on self-improvement, collaboration, and the advancement of civilization, grounded in the understanding of how our environment and choices affect our minds and spirits.
Welcome Center
Visitors check into our Guest Hotel for up to 7 days. Registration includes uniforms, detox, and orientation. Those relocating to Phoenix will transfer to the Sapphire Grand Resort while waiting for their new home, personal robot assistant, and submitting external bills for our banking team to process. Both are 5-Star hotels.
Disciplines for the Workforce Group
The Workforce Group comprises individuals aged 25 to 44.Our workweek consists of 5 hours per day, 3 days a week, totaling 15 hours.
The rest of the time is dedicated to studying ways to advance humanity. Below is the complete community chart.
1. Every 8 years, we'll host a community vote for a uniform design contest.
2. Parents will wear violet uniforms featuring a patch that represents their age-assigned color until their children turn 25.
3. After the first 8 years, newcomers will wear a red uniform for 3 months or must pass a residential exam similar to a driving test, whichever comes first.
Administration: Provide clerical and administrative support, and manage the new members, distribute material including new member packages and training materials.
Education: Mentees are educated through the Japanese Education System, utilizing the Gakushū Shidō Yōryō framework, which focuses on holistic development and a strong academic and moral foundation to promote non-violence towards people and animals.
The Kolbe A Index is a unique assessment tool designed to evaluate an individual's instinctive approach to action. Unlike traditional personality assessments, it focuses on cognitive strengths, identifying how individuals naturally operate through four distinct action modes: Fact Finder (research and analysis), Follow Thru (organization and planning), Quickstart (innovation and risk-taking), and Implementer (hands-on execution). This tool helps mentees understand their innate abilities and how to leverage them effectively in various situations.
Agriculture / Horticulture: This team will grow and manage our food and water supplies; managing water-friendly strategies including: Hydroponics, retaining rainwater, programmable drip irrigation systems, drought-resistant plants, empower local pollinators, green roof-top landscaping, etc. Natural strategies including: Crop rotation.
Food: We will feature 200 grocery stores and 1,000 restaurants offering a diverse range of cuisines, creating a vibrant destination for food enthusiasts. For comparison, Baltimore has about 200 grocery stores and 2,222 restaurants. Whether dining in or ordering online, each dish will delight your taste buds with global flavors, using locally sourced fruits, vegetables, grains, herbs and gluten-free, soy-free, plant-based cheese, chicken, pork, beef and milk.
In our restaurant service, cooks prepare meals and place them in stacked food delivery trays which is a cross between cafeteria-style and Chipotle. They maintain the trays and replace them as customers take food. This system allows for chef-prepared meals served quickly, eliminating the need for waiters. Customers simply select their meal and take it to their table, distinguishing it from a buffet where patrons handle food directly from large bowls.
Banking: Provide debt discharge (mortgage, credit card, student loans, etc.), Letter of Credit for major purchases (real estate, cars, etc.), monetizing negotiable instruments (judgement, promissory notes, bills of exchange) via private bank.

(2) Living with purpose, having a reason to get up every day, and living with perspective.
(3) Social support from friends and family allowing people to move through life outcomes more smoothly.
(4) Making the healthy choice the easy choice, and not just an option.
Architect / Construction: This team will manage our city structures which include implementing burial pods, and full-spectrum lighting in our indoor spaces. Sunlight gives the body a cue to release more seratonin, the hormone that lifts our moods, gives us more energy and increases our concentration. Decreased exposure to sunlight is associated with a drop in seratonin levels. Full-spectrum lighting is advanced sun-like spectrum that covers the electromagnetic spectrum wavelengths that are useful to plant or animal life.
Media: We will control our own narrative or risk being vilified by the mass media similar to what happened to the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas. We will launch counter-programming shows on Facebook Watch and YouTube to feature community services and other matters we care about (health, community, legal/law, world events, entertainment, etc.) The format will combine news shows and talk shows such as CNN, Good Morning and daytime/nighttime talk shows. All members are welcome to volunteer with any aspect of production: broadcaster, anchor, producers, etc.
Legal: Paperwork for community members including status correction and other individual matters
Paralegal: This team is primarily responsible for the lawful administrative process and performs specifically delegated substantive legal work for the other teams.
Promise Keeper: There are three levels of Promise Keepers, with all positions filled exclusively by women nominated by the community.
Level 1: Community Guardian - All community members focused on support and outreach.
Level 2: Crisis Response Unit - Trained women who provide immediate assistance and intervention in critical situations.
Level 3: FAFO Intelligence Taskforce - Specialized team dedicated to gathering intelligence and strategizing responses to threats against community safety.
Peacemaker: There are three levels of Peacemakers, with all positions filled exclusively by men selected by the community.
Level 1: Neighborhood Watch - All community members.
Level 2: Border Patrol and Security utilizing evasive tactics including flash-grenades, non-lethal rounds, etc.
Level 3: FAFO Special Taskforce for Criminals & Predators.
Resource: Monitor and process requests for resources and supplies including books, courses, training material, bicycles, scooters, electric cars, etc. everything is free
Information Technology: IT support with online community development and maintenance
Lobbyist: This team will seek to persuade members of Congress to enact legislation that would benefit our community.
(1) Establish Liberty Zones throughout the United States to safeguard communities and townships against unconstitutional lawlessness, greed, and corruption. Remonstrance in Article Five of the United States Constitution, allow people to bypass Congress to amend the Constitution as needed.
(2) Raise awareness about the detrimental impacts of major industries such as Big Pharma, Big Oil, Big Food, Big Media, Big Government, and medical schools.
Travel: Boots-on-the-ground correspondence team will travel to gather intel for our continued growth and success.
