CASE BACKGROUND

The kids in this case are my grandchildren. MOM is my daughter. I began my journey in legal research to save them. DAD turned his back on MOM and alienates the children aided by court abuse.

I have been silent for years, while we tried to heal. But it's time to hold DAD accountable for harming the children and for years of defamation of character against MOM. It's also time to hold the court officials accountable for failing to serve the people they are supposed to serve, including my two grandchildren.

DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER

Defamatory statements do not only cause victims to lose money. These false statements also do damage to the victim’s reputation and social standing.  Common examples of damages include:

A loss of money includes but is not limited to:
Lost work,  lost opportunity, a decrease in income.

Mental anguish includes but is not limited to:
Pain and suffering, shame, humiliation, disgrace, ostracization, a tarnished reputation, being ostracized by others, being shunned by friends or family, being harassed.

Due to the weight of being constantly portrayed as a monster in this modern-day witchhunt and character assassination perpetrated by DAD and aided and abetted by Court officials, my daughter is re-traumatized as she suffers in silence. 

THE TIGER IS OUT OF THE CAGE

My daughter is a shy, quiet, introvert with no desire to fight back. Not me, I am none of those things. I want to speak out publicly to prevent what happened to us from happening to other people.

From now on, until MOM, my daughter is strong enough to fight on her own, if and when DAD continues to defame my daughter's character, he's going to have to go through me, FIRST.  DAD  --- and any complicitous accomplices who take his words at face value --- will be held accountable to the law.  Govern yourselves accordingly.

CASE NOTES

I believe in law and order and I have faith in humanity, but inequity is exhausting. The system was used with extreme prejudice and failed my grandchildren. But they have a praying grandmother.

Carla Kithcart, a Guardian-Ad-Litem assigned to my grandchildren in Virginia Beach, made the following statement prior to my daughter's trial, "She's never going to see those children again."

The judge in my daughter's criminal case saw through the prosecutor's smoke and mirrors and she received a verdict of Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity. It was clear that my daughter's actions were a direct result of 9 prescription drugs or the entire tragic event would have never happened. That fact was proven by an expert toxicologist who determined that my daughter was severely over-prescribed.  No one was in a hurry to retract, correct, or issue an apology.

The insult to injury is the Officers of the Court, like Carla Kithcart, who fail to do basic independent research and just run with false narratives spewed by the children's father, a man with a history of domestic violence and drug charges.  The court system will continue re-victimize people who were already victimized and betrayed by their prescription drugs and judges, court clerks, and attorneys who are prejudicial, commit malfeasance as a normal course of business and are guilty as sin.

While my family was left devastated, it was just another Tuesday for Carla Kithcart and all court officers who continued to behave prejudicially toward my daughter before and after my daughter was in the state hospital. Attorney Carla Kithcart recommended custody for the children's father despite him failing the parental capacity evaluation that she ordered.  Dad filed for a divorce and relocated to North Carolina with the children before my daughter's trial.

In every court action, the children's father's strategy is to lead with the tragic event without context for shock value which has worked well for him for 9 years. The child custody case is an example of a deplorable judicial system that has failed to protect two innocent children from their father while they rush to judgment about their mother. This is America.  When more people expose injustice in the court of public opinion, like Christa Abelseth, a mother who saved her daughter when her story went viral on social media, we can collectively return the justice system back to equal justice for all. 

DECLARATION

All of the above vile acts has cost the United States Justice System my faith and blind trust. ANY and ALL attorneys and judges on ANY case where I'm involved, must submit their bond, FARA, Oath of Office and Anti-Bribery on the record, for the record, and let the record reflect and show at all times.

ANY and ALL legal professionals hired to assist me in ANY matter, will be required to agree, consent and sign my co-counsel agreement to prioritize and place the rights of ANY and ALL women, men and children, above ANY and ALL States in the United States of America.

FACTS

Medication Madness was coined by Dr. Peter Breggin, a psychatrist who decided to advocate for people who suffering from a mental health crisis being treated as a crime. Dr. Breggin's book by the same name, contain medical investigations of everyday people who were stunned from the events during their prescription drug-induced psychosis, including a well-respected psychiatrist who routinely stole delivery trucks every night at 4AM, then wake up wondering why a Walmart truck was in his tiny driveway. The patient was arrested on a daily basis for several months, until one cop questioned the burglary. The thefts finally ended when the doctor was taken off the offending prescription drug.
