If you’ve survived legal abuse, you already know: the system doesn’t just wound your rights—it wounds your spirit.
And while there are countless places to fight your legal battle, there are very few places to heal from it. That’s why I created a brand-new support group on Facebook:
The Legal Abuse Survivor Healing Room is a free, support space for survivors of legal abuse to come together in emotional recovery—not legal debate. This is your healing space. No court talk. No triggering discussions about judges, filings, or outcomes.
Just:
- Safe conversations
- Meditation & breathwork
- Nervous system support
- Mental health tools
- Journaling prompts
- Gentle community care
This is not a place to:
- Discuss court cases
- Ask for legal advice
- Vent about judges, lawyers, or outcomes
We have other spaces for that. This is your recovery room.
So many survivors of legal abuse carry invisible wounds—emotional, psychological, even physical. The trauma of being silenced, misjudged, or criminalized for simply trying to protect your truth can linger for years.
This group was created to change that narrative.
Healing isn’t a luxury. It’s a right. And it begins with community.
Whether you’re still raw from the experience or deep in your healing journey, you are welcome here. You are not alone. You are not crazy. And you are not broken.
Let’s reclaim our peace, together.
With compassion and strength,
Dr. Anelia Sutton
