BACKGROUND OF THE CASE
We are seeking $2.1 Trillion Dollars from the U.S. Department of Education, State Departments of Education, Public School Systems, Accreditation Bodies, and associated officials as named Defendants on behalf of all injured parties located in all 50 states.
This case challenges systemic educational failure, lack of practical life and legal education, financial exploitation through student debt pipelines, and outcomes that leave millions unprepared for real-world participation.
We expect to complete our investigation and become ready to file the class action lawsuit in June 2029.
VIOLATIONS AND HARMS CAUSED TO THE PUBLIC
The Education Class Action addresses widespread, systemic harm affecting millions of students, families, and graduates across the United States. The following violations are under investigation and may be included in the claims:
1. Failure to Provide Practical Education
Students were not taught essential life skills, including financial literacy, contract awareness, credit management, and real-world problem solving, leaving them unprepared for adult responsibilities.
2. Lack of Legal Education
Students were never taught how laws impact their daily lives, including rights, court procedures, and legal obligations, creating a population vulnerable to exploitation and system misuse.
3. Misrepresentation of Educational Outcomes
Institutions promoted education as a guaranteed path to financial stability while failing to deliver outcomes aligned with those representations.
4. Student Debt Pipeline & Financial Exploitation
Students were encouraged or pressured into taking on significant debt for education programs that did not produce viable income opportunities or economic mobility.
5. Decline in Academic Standards
Lowered standards and inconsistent educational quality resulted in graduates lacking basic competencies in reading, writing, mathematics, and critical thinking.
6. Failure to Prepare Students for Workforce Participation
Curriculum gaps left students unprepared for employment, entrepreneurship, or independent economic survival.
7. Systemic Inequities in Education Access and Quality
Disparities in funding, resources, and opportunities created unequal educational outcomes across communities.
8. Psychological and Emotional Harm
Students and families experienced stress, anxiety, and long-term emotional impact due to educational failure, debt burden, and lack of opportunity.
9. Suppression of Transparency and Accountability
Lack of clear reporting on outcomes, graduation readiness, and long-term success rates prevented informed decision-making by students and families.
10. Institutional Negligence and Systemic Failure
A pattern of ongoing failure across multiple levels of the education system, despite awareness of declining outcomes and public concern.
SETTLEMENT CLASS
The Settlement Class includes two groups:
Group A: Class Representatives
One or more plaintiffs who are suing on behalf of a large group of people. Group A will be active in the case and will need to provide evidence and testify in court. Group A will receive an equal share of the settlement award plus $25,000 for their time and effort spent with the investigation and prosecution of the case. We want to have at least 6 people in Group A.
Group B: Class Members
A large group of people who will not have an active role in the case or any participation in the courtroom. Group B will receive an equal share of the settlement award.
We are seeking participants from all 50 states, including:
Individuals who completed school but were not taught practical life or legal skills
Individuals burdened by student debt tied to ineffective education outcomes
Parents of children impacted by declining education standards
Current or former students affected by systemic failures
SETTLEMENT AWARD
We believe the Defendants may offer a settlement to avoid paying the full amount we are seeking. If a settlement is offered and accepted, the Court will certify the settlement award and the case will be closed.
If we go to trial and win, the judge has discretion to increase or decrease the award amount.
If the settlement award is $2.1 Trillion Dollars, each member of the Settlement Class will receive an equal share of 75%. This is an estimate and subject to change based on final case outcomes.
