WELCOME TO THE CLASS ACTION HUB
A class action is a lawsuit where large groups of people are affected by the same pattern of harm. These cases are filed under federal constitutional law with nationwide scope, making them structural challenges to broken systems, not small disputes. We identify patterns of harm, gather participants and evidence, develop legal structure, and file cases where pressure begins.
There is no minimum number required to file a class action, but the larger the group, the stronger the case. Participation goal: 5,000 people. Participation does not guarantee outcomes. This page tracks active and upcoming class action lawsuits focused on systemic issues affecting everyday people.

HAVE AN IDEA FOR A NEW CLASS ACTION?
Most people experience injustice and move on. We document it and build cases. If you believe a system is causing widespread harm, submit it below for review.
DO YOU HAVE LEGAL SKILLS?
We are building a legal team to support large-scale class action lawsuits nationwide. If you have experience as a legal advocate, researcher, paralegal, or attorney, apply to join Class Counsel. Compensation is contingent upon a successful case outcome.
