Our collective spending power in America is $70 Trillion Dollars annually. If 250,000 of us donated just $4 our legal fund would have $1 Million Dollars in one hour. And yes… it really is that simple. Your support help cover class action expenses, including class administration, operations and court fees.

WHY THIS CLASS ACTION MATTERS

This case is bigger than family court. It is about restoring constitutional protections, ending exploitative practices, and ensuring that justice systems serve people, not profit.

Respondent: State Family Court Systems across the United States

Filing Jurisdiction: Federal Court with nationwide class scope

Legal Basis: Federal jurisdiction based on constitutional violations

Status: Evidence & Community Building Phase

Goal: Establish federally enforceable due process standards and transition family court oversight to accountable, community-based systems and challenging systemic harm, due process violations, and financial exploitation within family court systems.

BACKGROUND OF THE CASE

We will be seeking $1.34 Trillion in damages from this class action lawsuit. This class action covers violations in ANY and ALL Family Court Matters:

1. Divorce and Dissolution of Marriage

4. Paternity
5. Adoption
6. Domestic Violence and Restraining Orders
7. Guardianship
8. Juvenile Matters

  • Wrongful deaths by a warrant
  • Wrongful deaths by suicide
  • Wrongful deaths by homicide
  • Defamation of character
  • Privacy law
  • Due process law
  • Child safety law

DAMAGES

Family courts manage over 2 million cases each year, which generates hundreds of millions of dollars annually from:
1. Filing fees for divorce, custody, and other family-related cases
2. Child support payments, which are often collected and distributed through the court system
3. Fees for mediation and other services provided by the court

According to the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), states collected approximately $32 billion on behalf of the 14.7 million children served by child support enforcement programs across the country during FY 2018
